Provider Quality Score
A computed [0,1] score per provider, derived from real execution data over a 30-day rolling window.
Mission Control computes a quality score for every registered provider based on real execution data — not vendor self-attestation. Inputs over a 30-day rolling window:
- success rate (35%): completed_calls / (completed + errored) - verification pass rate (35%): share of completed missions whose deterministic verifier passed - recency (20%): linear decay from 1 (last 24h) to 0 (>30d) - price stability (10%): 1 − coefficient of variation of receipt amounts
The score feeds back into the Smart Router. Providers see "why didn't router pick me?" insights based on the same data the buyer sees — no information asymmetry.
